New and exciting changes will be happening for 2017!
- We are delighted to announce that we will partner with Junior League of Wilmington, a great opportunity to increase shopper traffic and promote the Market in the greater Wilmington Community.
- There will be no commission taken from vendor sales which eliminates sales record keeping by vendors and which we hope will increase vendor success.
Vendors will enjoy assistance with unloading and loading, 2 tickets to our Thursday night Sip and Shop Preview Party, and a Vendor Hospitality lounge with drinks and snacks. Cape Fear Academy will provide a list of local hotel accommodations and have a block of rooms available for purchase. Vendor breakdown will take place on Saturday, December 2, 2017 from 2:00 - 4:00pm.
Vendor Booth Pricing Options:Early Bird Discount - 10% off until August 1st. All paperwork and payment must be completed by then.

Vendor Booth Optional Extras:
- A limited number of electricity ready booths are available on a first come, first serve basis. The price is an additional $50. Make request at time of vendor application.
Vendor Application Process:
In order to avoid duplication of merchandise, vendor participation in the Holiday Market is by invitation only. Interested participants must submit an online application to be reviewed by our vendor selection committee. Vendors chosen by the committee will receive invitations and contracts which must be returned with credit card information to reserve a spot in the Holiday Market. Invitations will be extended on a rolling basis for as long as space is available. A limited quantity of booths is available in each size category; applicants must specify their first and second choice booth sizes.
